The duty to comply with health and safety regulations of any building falls on the landlord or the person responsible for the building and as managing agent to more than 800 developments we take that role extremely seriously.

Our health and safety team are responsible not just for ensuring the health and safety of our own staff - but also that all the properties in our management portfolio are compliant with health and safety regulations. This includes fire safety, working at heights, electrical safety and control of substances hazardous to health.

Our NEBOSH and ISOH qualified staff will schedule site inspections at each site in order to produce risk assessment reports and action plans to the required frequency. All actions highlighted as a result of those inspections are detailed within Qube - the property management system we use to ensure key milestones are met. This ensures the facilities manager for each property is kept informed so that issues can be dealt with immediately.
